Europe is where my beautiful journey called life began, but the US is where I’ve lived the longest. I’ve also travelled extensively throughout the Americas, Asia, and Australasia. Traveling the world, and being part of an international community all my life has truly been an amazing experience. A life-changing one on so many levels. The exposure of living in such diverse cultures, traditions, and mindsets had a profound effect on my journey of self discovery.
My educational background is in Psychology, Management and International Human Rights studies, followed by a successful career in Human Resources. My life seemed lavish on the outside. Great educational background, successful career, and climbing the corporate ladder to top management positions quicker than one could ever imagine. Deep down, however, I felt lost, unhappy, and lonely. Within my soul I knew that I wasn't living my highest potential.
After years of internal struggles and not living my authentic truth I became ill. The illness has weakened my whole system; my body, my mind, and my soul. I had enough! At that point I knew I had to make a decision to either I give in, the easy option, or to free myself from a lifelong suppression of life. I chose to free myself from the burdens of the facade I have worked so hard at creating. It was one of the toughest things I’ve ever had to overcome. And yet, the release of the life that no longer served me was the most rewarding and liberating phenomenon that I have ever experienced. In that moment of hardship and uncertainty my spiritual journey began.
The uncovering of my shadows was remarkable, not because it got any easier, but because it was and still continues to be the journey towards greater awareness of my inner being. And that means full access to my authentic self. My intention now is to live every day in harmony of mind, body, and soul. My gift is to guide and empower others to tap into their authentic self, and to overcome their everyday struggles and challenges. Every person has this amazing possibility and an opportunity to discover their own authentic self and awaken the power that sleeps within.
